SECTION 18 — CTA PARTNER TERMS

Applies to Community Tennis Associations (CTAs)

Section 18 applies specifically to Community Tennis Associations ("CTAs") that access or use the Level Field Hub platform to host community information and promote tennis participation. By using the platform in this capacity, the CTA agrees to Section 18 in addition to Sections 1–17 above. Where Section 18 conflicts with an earlier section on a CTA-specific matter, Section 18 controls.

18a. What We Provide

Level Field Hub gives CTAs access to an online platform to host community information and promote tennis participation, events, and tournaments. Access is currently provided at no charge. In exchange, Level Field Hub gains access to the audience generated by the CTA's participation on the platform.

18b. Content Ownership

The CTA retains ownership of its Branded Assets — meaning its name as used in branding and its logo. All other content submitted to the platform by a CTA, including member profiles, event listings, event history, photos, and results ("Community Content"), becomes the property of Level Field Hub upon submission.

By submitting content, the CTA grants Level Field Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote all submitted content on the platform.

Community Content submitted to the platform becomes Level Field Hub's property and will not be returned or deleted if the CTA leaves. See Section 18h for exit terms.

The CTA represents that it owns or has the right to use all content it submits, and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party. The CTA acknowledges that Community Content submitted to the platform becomes Level Field Hub's property and will not be returned or deleted upon the CTA's departure.

18c. Content Accuracy

The CTA is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all content it posts, including event dates, locations, results, and cancellations. Level Field Hub is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete CTA content. CTAs must update their content promptly when changes occur.

18d. Permitted Use

CTAs may use the platform to:

Post and update community information, events, and tournament listings

Promote tennis participation within their community

Link to their own external website or social media

CTAs may not use the platform to:

Sell products or services, or solicit donations directly through the platform

  Promote competing platforms or services

Collect, harvest, or export user data from the platform

Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights

18e. Data and Audience

User data generated on the platform — including registrations, clicks, and engagement metrics — belongs to Level Field Hub.

Where users register for CTA events through the platform, Level Field Hub will share relevant participant data (such as name and contact information) with the CTA for the purpose of administering those specific events. The CTA may not use that data for any other purpose, including resale, third-party marketing, or outreach unrelated to the event for which the data was collected.

18f. Fees

CTA access to the platform is currently provided at no charge. Level Field Hub reserves the right to introduce fees upon 30 days' written notice. If a CTA does not wish to continue under a fee structure, it may stop using the platform before the fee effective date with no penalty.

18g. Moderation

In addition to the general moderation rights in Section 5, Level Field Hub may remove or modify CTA content at its sole discretion if that content violates these Terms, is inaccurate, or is otherwise harmful to the platform or its users. Level Field Hub will provide notice to the CTA where reasonably practicable but is not obligated to do so.

18h. Leaving the Platform

A CTA may stop using the platform at any time. Level Field Hub may revoke a CTA's access with 30 days' notice, or immediately in the event of a material violation of these Terms.

When a CTA exits:

Its Branded Assets (name as used in branding and logo) will be removed from the platform within 60 days

Community Content remains on the platform under Level Field Hub's ownership and is not deleted

The associated page may be renamed or rebranded at Level Field Hub's discretion

CTAs are not entitled to an export of Community Content upon exit; all such data remains on the platform under Level Field Hub's sole control

18i. CTA Responsibility

In addition to the general indemnification in Section 12, the CTA agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Level Field Hub, its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Content the CTA submits to the platform

The CTA's events, activities, or operations

The CTA's violation of these Terms

Any third-party claim that CTA content infringes intellectual property or other rights

18j. Authority

By using the platform on behalf of a CTA, the individual doing so represents that they have authority to bind the CTA to these Terms.
